Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry AD is the largest shipbuilding enterprise in Bulgaria, specializing in the design, construction, and repair of ships up to 100,000 DWT. With a history spanning over a century, the company has built more than 850 vessels for owners from 27 countries. Its product portfolio includes Product Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Container Carriers, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo vessels, Coal Carriers, and Multipurpose vessels.

Located in the South Industrial Zone of Varna, Bulgaria’s second-largest city and main port, Bulyard benefits from excellent accessibility. It is close to the Varna-Sofia railway, just five minutes from the city center, and ten minutes from Varna Airport. The moderate weather conditions allow for year-round operations, ensuring efficient materials acquisition and re-supply. The shipyard, covering an area of approximately 410 sq.m., is situated at Varna Port on the western coast of the Black Sea, enabling continuous production with skilled labor availability.
